Tirpitz Brick Model Kit

These model kits of famous ships from history are assembled from plastic bricks, and building one is a satisfying challenge resulting in a substantial display piece packed with authentic detail. Suitable for ages 8 and up, these models are not toys but intended for adult collectors.

The WWII German battleship Tirpitz was sister ship to Bismarck; both were regarded as the most powerful battleships of their time, and the pinnacle of German naval engineering. Tirpitz mostly operated in Norwegian waters where her presence threatened Atlantic convoys and impacted Allied naval strategy.

This made her a prime target for British bombers, and she was located and finally sunk while at anchor in a fjord in November 1944.
